Georgia’s president to stay ‘until someone is legitimately elected’

The Georgian president Salome Zourabichvili has said she will stay in post until new parliamentary elections are held.

Speaking to the BBC’s Steve Rosenberg, she said she would retain her position and support ongoing protests against the governing party.
